I'm so delighted that you made it back today.
I'm also feeling a little bit nervous.
I think it's because it rained outside and I had forgotten my umbrella.
Oh, I hope I don't get soaked.
Should we start our day off with a song?

Yes, it's our snail friend.

Hello Snail.
Now they call you scaredy snail but are you feeling a little braver?
I am feeling so brave.

Okay.

Warp speed.

And you wanted to show me that made you brave.
Yes, because I had a goal to go super fast and I accomplished it.
And that made me think that I can do other things just like the girl in your story.
That's true.
There was a little girl in our story who was fearful of thunderstorms, wasn't she?
And at the end of the book, she was feeling much better.
And when you feel better, that translates to all kinds of other things that you do.
Now, let me put you away.
Sometimes you make a mistake or you don't feel that great inside and you need to calm yourself down.
Now I have my wheel of calm here but I also thought I would pull from my basket something that we haven't tried in a while.

Today, what we're going to do is we're going to make a rainbow to practice our mindful breathing.

First thing you're going to do is you're going to take your plate.
You're gonna fold it in half.
