No watering in January and February 2015 for residents in Visalia.

If you live in the City of Visalia, you can’t water your yards in January and February 2015. This is part of the Stage 4 Water Restrictions approved by the city council as a way to help fight the drought. If you address ends in an even number you are allowed to wash you cars on Sunday. Odd numbered addresses can wash cars on Saturday. More info: ourvisalia.com
