The Creative Center’s Jon Ginsburg Gallery presents Fresno artist Julia Tanigoshi Tinker. Her exhibit features the traditional Japanese art form of gyotaku, with watercolor and other mediums to create paintings of fish caught both locally and in the bays of southern Alaska.
