Artist Judas Recendez speaks about his collection on display at Arts Visalia through Jan.29, 2016. Recendez entered the Army in 2002 and served two tours in Iraq. He was injured by a roadside bomb and lost both of his legs and feet. The mixed media artist currently lives in Virginia and is working on his Masters in Fine Arts at George Washington Univ.
