The 14th annual Rogue Festival returns to Fresno February 26 - March 7. The non-juried performance and visual arts festival takes place in the Tower District and surrounding areas. This year's Rogue Muse was created by Christopher Cayco. The local artist's design is called "Moving Free" and will be featured on posters and print ads promoting the festival.
