Many commuters say they still feel on edge

The man accused of shooting up a Brooklyn train at the height of rush hour Tuesday morning is in police custody: 62-year-old Frank James was arrested Wednesday afternoon after a citywide manhunt. James is accused of setting off smoke bombs and firing 33 shots on a northbound N train as it was pulling into the 36th street station in Sunset Park, Brooklyn just before 8:30 Tuesday morning.
