NJ election officials size up the early ballot count

10 days before the general election, some counties are starting to count ballots.
In at least three of New Jersey's 21 counties, voters are putting their mail-in ballots in county-provided drop boxes in higher percentages than they are in U.S. mailboxes. One elections administrator speculates vote by mail and who's on the ballot are driving people who have not voted in years to vote.
