Local lawmakers and dignitary pay tribute to the lives lost during the Armenian Genocide.

Fresno City Hall once again honored the lives lost during the Armenian Genocide with a flag raising ceremony. In 1915, 1.5 million Armenians were killed at the hands of the Ottoman Empire. Each year on April 24th, members of the local Armenian community pause to remember the massacre. Local lawmakers and dignitary attended the City of Fresno event.
