Fresno Food Expo: Busseto Foods

Busseto Foods produces specialty meat, specifically salami. It is sold at grocery stores throughout the United States. While many people are familiar with the Busseto brand, few realize the meats are produced in Fresno. Busseto Foods was one of the sponsors of the Fresno Food Expo. People who attended the event were able to sample some of the products they produce.
