Visalia Today: State of the City 2014

Visalia Mayor Steve Nelsen and Vice Mayor Warren Gubler addressed a crowd of about 80 people at the annual State of the City Address held at the Visalia Convention Center. Nelsen and Gubler said the city of Visalia will see growth in the coming year. Visalia is on track to end the 2014-2015 fiscal year with a surplus. The current operating budget is 231.1 million dollars.
