In this 1968 documentary - Fresno: A City Reborn by Victor Gruen Associates, the city is celebrated for its urban renewal campaign. The Fulton Mall was one of the first pedestrian malls built in the country. Now, 50 years later, the city of Fresno is moving forward with plans to open Fulton back up to traffic. This video gives a rare look at what Fresno looked like in the 1960’s.
