Meet the artists and hear about the work on display at the “Art for the Holidays” exhibit at the Tulare Historical Museum. The work of 14 artists will be on display through January 4th inside the Heritage Art Gallery. The work includes acrylic, oil, watercolor, photography, ceramics and more.
