  • Rating: NR
Cole and Priscilla Hawkins explain their determination to conserve 110 acres on their beloved Lewis Hill, and how they did it. Home to two imperiled flower species, Lewis Hill also hosts plentiful birds and wildlife and periodic cattle grazing. An annual guided tour to the hilltop offers panoramic views, blossoms galore, and kites to fly on the ridge. See more at TulareCountyTreasures.org.
