Former US Ambassador to Armenia John Marshall Evans is interviewed and presents a wreath at the Requiem Service at Ararat Armenian Cemetery at the remains of the Unknown Martyr. Evans returned to Fresno to participate in the Armenian Genocide Commemoration events, since he first announced his personal conviction that the atrocities that took place during 1915-1921 were actually Genocide.
